Yes! The T-Park app is free to download and use for drivers. You only pay for the parking time you consume. Facility owners can list their parking spaces for free during our launch period.
We accept GCash, major credit/debit cards, and cash payments. We're working on adding more Philippine-friendly payment options like PayMaya and bank transfers.
You'll receive a notification when your booking is about to end. There's a 10-minute grace period after your booking expires. After that, overstay charges apply at 1.5x the regular rate. You can also extend your session directly from the app before the overstay kicks in.
Yes. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your reservation start time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 2 hours receive a 50% refund. The specific refund policy may vary by facility.
Download T-Park and register as a facility owner. Add your facility details, upload required documents (business permit, etc.), and submit for verification. Once approved by our admin team, your facility will appear on the map for drivers to find.
